Dr. Wendy Scott is an experienced Chiropractor with an emphasis in sports injury rehab and posture analysis. She spent more than 10 years practicing in Dallas, TX before moving back to the area. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a B.S. in Biomedical Science. From there she graduated in 2007 from Parker University in Dallas, TX with a Doctor of Chiropractic, B.S. in Anatomy, and B.S. in Health and Wellness.
I Knew I wanted to Be a Chiropractor
Dr. Scott decided to become a Chiropractor after experiencing 24 years of severe joint pain that resolved with 6 months of chiropractic care, she knew this was her calling and wanted to be part of the solution. Being an athlete herself, she relates with what fellow athletes go through. She treats high school and college athletes regularly. In 2013 she treated NFL Combine athletes, most of who were offensive linemen. There isn’t a patient Dr. Scott can’t handle! The best part of the chiropractic profession, according to Dr. Scott, is educating patients and being a part of their health team.
Dr. Scott was born in New Braunfels and grew up in Bulverde. She is very happy to be back and closer to family. Several family members have been patients of Stamps chiropractic. When she isn’t working she is actively playing sports, watching sports, entertaining her four energetic nieces, and going to the movies. Her favorite pro team is the Spurs, favorite vacation spot is Port Aransas, and favorite food is pizza.
