"Not many people are fortunate to be doing in life the one thing they love to do, but I am," says Dr. Wes Stamps.  "I knew I wanted to be a Chiropractor at a very young age.  Following a car accident in the 5th grade, I developed a ulcer-type pain in my stomach which was not relieved by any traditional medical treatments.  After much searching, I received my first Chiropractic treatment, and was amazed to find  my pain was relieved.  From that day on, I have set my sights on helping others reach optimal health and wellness through Chiropractic care."    ...read more

Dr. Wes Asks some important questions of interest to New Braunfels residents - Chiropractor New Braunfels Dr. Wes Asks...

Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
How does headache medication find the headache?
It can't! Chiropractors know that when you ingest a drug and it enters your bloodstream it numbs or deadens your entire body. Chiropractic adjustments, on the other hand, are specific, targeted and delivered with precision.
